Good Molecules Silicone-Free Priming Moisturizer
I got a few lil sample packets of this with a recent Beautylish order and I gotta say that I really do enjoy this lightweight moisturizer as an everyday or before-makeup primer or moisturizer! It’s super simple but honestly sometimes that’s for the best.
Herbivore Phoenix Facial Oil
I’ve used a small size of this stuff before, but I’m super happy to have received another sample of it! I really do adore this product for locking in moisture – just be aware that it’s supposed to be used on people who struggle with dry skin, so I’m not sure if those with oily skin would think this is too heavy. However, for me, it’s just right!
Pat McGrath Labs Lip Fetish Sheer Colour Balm in the shade Blow Up
This lip product is one of my new favorites because, like it says in the name, it’s a lip balm but with a sheer color to it – I’d say this has a lil more color than I’d typically expect from a tinted lip balm but it’s such a great, neutral nude color that I don’t mind the extra intensity!
Saie Dew Balm Bouncy Marshmallow Highlighter in the shade Rosy Gold
I purchased this highlighter mostly just because it looked cute and had lots of raving reviews haha. But this is one of those products I definitely need to keep playing around with because I don’t think I’ve fully figured it out yet, or how to best use it rather. It creates such a beautiful dewy look on the back of my hand when I swatch it, but for some reason it only barelyyyyy shows up on my actual face. So, I’ll keep using it and update you guys on my final thoughts later!
Saie Glowy Super Gel Lightweight Dewy Highlighter in the shade Starglow
Like the last Saie highlighter in this post (↑), this product looks absolutely beautiful and subtle while still providing a great dew… on the back of my hand. But I can’t get it to show up on my face! I’ll keep playing with it though and I’ll be sure to update you once I gather my thoughts!
Skinfix Barrier+ Triple Lipid Peptide Cream Moisturizer
This cream is thiccccc if there ever was a thick cream lol. I love it though because I have pretty dry skin and when I use this product at night, I know there’s not a chance that I’m going to wake up with any dry patches or anything because this stuff is super good and super reliable. It may be a lil too heavy of a moisturizer for daytime use or for those with oily skin, though.
Summer Fridays Cloud Dew Oil-Free Gel Cream Moisturizer
One of my absolute favorite lightweight/oil-free moisturizers I’ve ever tried! It’s so nice and leaves a pretty dewy finish while also being able to absorb super quickly into the skin and not leave you feeling wet like some moisturizers can. I love this for daytime use!
Versed Guards Up Daily Mineral Sunscreen with Sea Fennel + Moringa Seed Extract SPF 35
I need to keep using this guy because I’ve only used it once thus far, but so far I really like it! It’s super creamy which my dry skin definitely appreciates, but it does dry down pretty quickly too so you’re not left feeling “unfinished.” Lol I’ll be sure to update you guys once I give this some more tries!
Versed Skin Soak Rich Moisturizing Cream Moisturizer
Lol sorry for the abundance of moisturizers in this post, but what can I say? They’re one of my favorite steps of my everyday skincare routine, okay?? Hehe but I grabbed this guy at Target the other day and have been loving it – it’s not too thin, not too thick, just right there in the middle which makes it perfect for everyday use both day and night!
Virtue Create 6-in-1 Styler
I’m super glad that this lil deluxe sample I got from Sephora was available as one of the sample choices at checkout when I was making my last online purchase, because I’ve been wanting to get more into caring properly for my poor, poor, dry and frizzy hair but didn’t know where to begin or what products to try first. Just going from the couple uses I got out of this lil tiny sample, I’d say that I do like it but idk if it’s the best for my dry, curly hair type – I feel like I need SO much product to smooth out my frizz and tame my curls, but then when I actually use a lot of this product, it doesn’t build very nicely and makes my hair look a lil wet/greasy, which I don’t love. However, you may really enjoy this if you have a different hair type!
